What is Mubite ?
Mubite is one of the best crypto prop trading firms that gives skilled crypto traders the opportunity to prove their abilities through a structured evaluation process and trade on a funded demo account without relying only on their own capital.
With Mubite, traders can choose the path that fits them best. Some traders prefer the Mubite Challenge and Verification phase, where they prove their trading skills through a two-phase crypto trading evaluation. Others may choose instant funding, which gives them faster access to a funded trading setup without completing the full challenge process.
Mubite also supports traders with practical crypto trading education, including e-books, guides, smart trading tips, video courses, and other resources designed to help them improve over time. Traders can also use the modern trading dashboard to track progress, monitor trading activity, and stay focused on their goals.
In short, Mubite combines instant funding, crypto prop trading challenges, funded demo accounts, education, dashboard tools, and customer support to help talented crypto traders take a more structured path into funded crypto trading.
What are the requirements to become a Mubite Trader?
Becoming a funded Mubite trader is a structured process with clear requirements at each stage. Here is what you need to complete.
Step 1: Choose Your Challenge Plan
Select a challenge plan and account size on the pricing page. Mubite offers three paths to funding: Instant Funding, One-Step Challenge, and Two-Step Challenge. Each has different profit targets, drawdown limits, and minimum trading day requirements, all outlined on the Challenge Rules page.
Step 2: Complete the Evaluation
Hit your profit target while staying within the daily drawdown and maximum drawdown limits for your chosen plan. There is no time limit, but all risk parameters must be respected throughout. For Instant Funding, there is no evaluation phase.
Step 3: Identity Verification
Once the evaluation is complete, submit valid identification to verify your identity. Depending on how you are registered, this covers individual KYC, entrepreneur KYB, or company KYB. Full details are available on the Identity Options page.
Step 4: Sign the Mubite Account Agreement
After verification is approved, sign the Mubite Account Agreement to formalise your funded trader status and profit-sharing arrangement.
Once all steps are complete, your funded account is activated and you can begin trading and earning payouts.

After completing it, we will send you a certificate of successful challenge and the cooperation can begin. Start earning and get your payout - Get access to a funded Mubite trader account and start earning up to 90% of your profits. We send payouts weekly to your chosen account.

Why should I join Mubite?
Most traders with a solid strategy hit the same wall: not enough capital to make it count. Mubite removes that wall. We provide funded crypto trading accounts up to $200,000 so you can trade our capital, keep up to 90% of the profits, and never risk your own savings.
Trade Without Financial Pressure
When your own money is on the line, emotions take over. You cut winners short, hold losers too long, and second-guess every decision. With a Mubite funded account, that pressure disappears. You follow your strategy, and we cover the capital. Learn exactly how it works.
Scale to Meaningful Account Sizes
A small personal account limits what even a great strategy can achieve. Mubite accounts start at $1,250 and scale up to $200,000, with a path to $1,000,000 through our account scaling program. More capital means your edge actually pays off.
Transparent Rules, No Surprises
All drawdown limits, position sizing rules, and consistency requirements are published clearly on our Challenge Rules page. No fine print, no hidden traps.
On-Demand Payouts
Withdraw your profits whenever you want directly from the trading dashboard. No waiting windows, no monthly caps. Many traders receive payouts within minutes of requesting them.

About Mubite
Mubite is one of the first prop trading firms built exclusively around cryptocurrency. We did not enter crypto as an afterthought or an added product line. It has been our focus from day one, and it remains the only market we operate in.
That focus matters. Crypto moves differently from traditional markets. It trades around the clock, reacts to different signals, and demands a different kind of risk management. Because we only work in crypto, we understand those dynamics deeply and have built our platform, rules, and support structure around them.
Built for Every Type of Trader
Whether you are placing your first funded trade or scaling a strategy you have refined for years, Mubite is designed to support your growth. Our trading dashboard and academy gives you the tools, education, and performance data to keep improving. Our support team is made up of real people who trade the same markets you do.
Our Commitment
Every trader who joins Mubite is treated as a priority. We offer funded accounts from $5,000 to $200,000, up to 90% profit split, and on-demand payouts with no monthly caps. Our goal is straightforward: give skilled traders the capital and conditions they need to succeed.

What is an Add-on?
An add-on is an optional upgrade you can select at checkout to customize your trading challenge. By purchasing an add-on, you unlock specific advantages—such as relaxed trading rules or higher payout percentages—allowing you to tailor the evaluation conditions to better fit your personal risk tolerance and strategy.
Mubite currently offers three specialized add-ons to enhance your trading experience:
Lower Profit Target: Reduces your required profit target by 2% specifically during Phase 1 of your challenge, making your initial evaluation easier to pass.
Higher Reward Share: Increases your final profit split by 10%, allowing you to keep a significantly larger portion of your earnings once you reach funded status.
Higher Max Drawdown: Expands your maximum allowed drawdown limit by 2%. This provides extra breathing room for market fluctuations and applies across both phases of your evaluation.
What exactly is the Mubite Trading Challenge?
The Mubite Trading Challenge is the evaluation process that separates you from a funded account. It is where you prove your skill, discipline, and risk management under real market conditions before Mubite allocates capital to your account.
The concept is straightforward: hit your profit target while staying within the defined drawdown and risk parameters, and you unlock a funded account with up to 90% profit split.
How It Works
During the challenge, you trade under Mubite's capital structure on either Bybit or Cleo, both of which reflect real crypto market conditions including order book depth, spreads, and slippage. You choose the platform that suits your setup and trading style.
There are three challenge models to choose from depending on your goals and experience level: Instant Funding for immediate access with no evaluation, One-Step for a single-phase evaluation, and Two-Step for a structured two-phase path to funding. Each model has different profit targets, drawdown limits, and profit splits, all outlined on the Challenge Rules page.
There is no time limit to complete the challenge. Take the time you need, trade your strategy, and manage your risk. Once you pass, the funded account is yours.

How much does a Mubite challenge cost?
Mubite challenges start at $79 for a $5,000 account.
We offer three challenge types:
Two-Step Challenge ($65 - $1,099) - Best for beginners, with two evaluation phases
One-Step Challenge ($45 - $1,199) - Faster path to funding with single evaluation
Nitro Challenge ($19.90) - pay $19.90 at the begining and the rest only if you pass the evaluation stage
Instant Funding ($112.50 - $4,999) - Get funded immediately with no evaluation period
Account sizes range from $5,000 to $200,000, so you can choose what fits your experience level and budget. All prices are one-time fees with no monthly subscriptions. View all pricing options here: https://mubite.com/en/challenge-prices.
What is the Mubite Nitro Challenge?
What is the Mubite Nitro Challenge?
Nitro challenge is our "Pay After You Pass" evaluation model designed to eliminate high upfront costs and align our incentives directly with your trading performance.
Instead of paying the full price of an evaluation upfront, Nitro allows you to start proving your edge for a fraction of the cost starting at just $19.90. You only pay the remaining account activation fee once you successfully pass the challenge and unlock your funded account.
How Nitro Works
Select your preferred capital tier (from $10,000) and enter the evaluation with a minimal entry fee starting at $19.90.
Trade in our simulated environment following standard risk parameters:
Maintain the required Daily Loss Limit of 3%.
Stay within the Maximum Drawdown of 5%.
Reach the defined Profit Target of 5%.
3. Pay Only on Success (Activation Fee). Once you pass the evaluation, you have 5 days time limit to pay a one-time activation fee to claim your funded account. If you do not pass, you never pay the activation fee. Meaning you never risk the full cost of an evaluation.
4. Trade Funded & Get Paid. Begin trading your funded balance, keep 80% of your net profits, and request payouts directly to your wallet or bank account.
Why Choose Nitro Over Traditional Challenges?
Minimal Upfront Risk: You don’t risk hundreds of dollars on an evaluation challenge before getting access to Funded account.
Performance-First: You only invest the full fee once you have already qualified for a funded account.
Zero Hidden Liabilities: If you fail the challenge, you walk away with zero remaining balance due.
What is the activation fee for the Nitro Challenge?
The activation fee is a one-time settlement required to unlock and claim your funded account once you successfully pass the evaluation. You have a 5-day time limit from the date you pass to complete this payment.
Nitro operates on a "Pay After You Pass" model:
Minimal Upfront Risk: Instead of paying standard evaluation prices upfront, you enter the challenge with a starting fee of just $19.90.
Standard Evaluation Targets: Reach the 5% profit target while maintaining a 3% daily loss limit and a 5% maximum drawdown.
5-Day Payment Window: Once you pass, you have 5 days to pay the one-time activation fee and receive your funded credentials.
Pay Only on Success: If you do not pass the challenge, you never pay the activation fee, protecting you from risking hundreds of dollars upfront.
Funded Trading: After activation, you trade your funded account, keep 80% of net profits, and can request on-demand payouts.
Open as a page: What is the activation fee for the Nitro Challenge?
How long does it take to get a funded account?
The answer depends on which challenge plan you choose. Here is a breakdown by plan:
Instant Funding
You receive your funded account immediately after purchase. There is no evaluation period and no minimum trading days. You can start trading and earning from day one.
Nitro Challenge
Nitro challenge has no minimum trading day requirement, allowing you to pass the evaluation phase at whatever pace suits you. Once completed, you have 5 days to pay the activation fee to unlock access to your funded stage.
One-Step Challenge
A minimum of 10 valid trading days is required. You must hit the profit target while staying within all risk management rules. There is no maximum time limit, so you can trade at your own pace.
Two-Step Challenge
Phase 1 requires a minimum of 10 valid trading days with a 10% profit target. Phase 2 requires a minimum of 3 valid trading days with a 5% profit target. Again, no maximum time limit applies.
After Passing
Once the evaluation is complete, identity verification typically takes 1 to 2 days. Your funded account is then activated and you can begin trading with real Mubite capital.
There is no expiry on any challenge. Take the time you need, manage risk carefully, and complete the evaluation when you are ready. For a full breakdown of all plan conditions, visit the Challenge Rules page or compare plans on the pricing page.
Open as a page: How long does it take to get a funded account?
What is the timeframe to become a Mubite Trader?
There is no maximum time limit to complete the Mubite evaluation. You can take as long as you need, provided you stay within the inactivity rule. What matters is hitting your profit target while respecting the risk parameters, not how fast you do it.
Minimum Trading Days by Plan
Instant Funding: no minimum trading days. Your account is active immediately after purchase with no evaluation required.
Nitro Challenge: no minimum trading days. Only after you pass the evaluation phase, you have 5 days to pay the activation fee to get access to your funded account.
One-Step Challenge: a minimum of 10 valid trading days to complete the evaluation.
Two-Step Challenge: a minimum of 10 valid trading days in Phase 1 and 3 valid trading days in Phase 2.
For a trading day to count as valid, you must close at least one qualifying order that day: notional value at least 5% of your starting balance and net P/L at least 1% of the position margin. For full details on how trading days are calculated, see the Required Trading Days FAQ.
No Time Pressure
Mubite does not rush traders. There are no expiry dates on challenge accounts. The only time-based rule to be aware of is the inactivity policy: accounts with no trading activity for 30 consecutive days will be deactivated.
Ready to get started? Browse challenge plans and pricing and choose the account that fits your trading style.
Open as a page: What is the timeframe to become a Mubite Trader?
Is there any time limit to pass the Mubite evaluation process?
There is no time limit. The trading period is completely unlimited — take as much time as you need to reach your profit target.
The only thing to keep in mind is the 30-day inactivity rule: if your account has no activity for 30 consecutive days, it will be closed and the entry fee will not be refunded. You'll receive a warning email after 14 days as a heads-up. Please note this only applies to challenges that have already been connected on the Bybit platform.
Cleo challenges countdown happens automatically.
So trade at your own pace — just make sure to stay active!
Open as a page: Is there any time limit to pass the Mubite evaluation process?
How many accounts can I have?
You can purchase as many Mubite challenges as you want. There is no limit on the number of challenge accounts you can run simultaneously.
However, once you pass the evaluation, the total balance across all your active funded accounts is capped at $300,000.
How the Cap Works in Practice
If you purchase five $100,000 challenge accounts and pass all of them, only three will transition to funded status, bringing your total to $300,000. The remaining two accounts will be placed on pause rather than cancelled.
If one of your active funded accounts is breached, a paused account can be moved into funded status to replace it. This means your extra challenge accounts act as a queue, ready to activate when space becomes available.
Why This Matters
Running multiple challenge accounts simultaneously is a legitimate strategy for diversifying your trading across different setups or account sizes. Just be aware of the $300,000 funded cap when planning how many challenges to purchase.
To compare account sizes and find the right starting point, visit the challenge pricing page. For traders looking to grow beyond the standard cap, the Mubite account scaling program outlines how allocations can be increased over time.
Mubite Account Details and Scaling Opportunities
Once you complete the Mubite challenge and verification, you receive a funded trading account with the balance you selected at the time of purchase. Account sizes range from $5,000 to $200,000 across all three plan types: Instant Funding, One-Step, and Two-Step.
Scaling Your Account
Mubite rewards consistent, profitable traders with the opportunity to grow their capital allocation over time. Through the Mubite account scaling program, traders can increase their funded account balance progressively, with allocations reaching up to $1,000,000.
Scaling is based on trading consistency and overall profitability. The full conditions and milestones required to unlock higher allocations are outlined on the account scaling page.
What Stays the Same
Your profit split, risk parameters, and trading conditions remain consistent as your account grows. Bigger capital, same rules, same discipline.
To compare starting account sizes and plan conditions side by side, visit the challenge pricing page.
Open as a page: Mubite Account Details and Scaling Opportunities
What is the maximum allocation?
The maximum allocation for funded accounts is $400,000 dollars.
This limit applies only after a trader becomes funded. Challenge phases do not count toward this cap.
You can purchase as many challenges as you want. There is no limit on how many evaluations you can run at the same time. The cap applies only once those accounts reach funded status.
Why is there a limit?
The allocation cap protects both traders and the platform. Large funded allocations concentrate risk. Concentrated risk can affect liquidity and system stability. The $400,000 cap keeps the environment balanced, transparent, and fair for serious traders.
The cap is high enough for professional traders to work with real size while risk management remains sustainable long-term.
What about scaling?
This cap applies before scaling. Once a trader is funded, they can scale their account using the Mubite Scaling Plan. The scaling path allows traders to grow their funded allocation up to $1,000,000 dollars.

Trading rules
Loss limits, position limits and what is not allowed. Program Rules has every value.
What is Daily Drawdown and how is it calculated?
Daily drawdown at Mubite is calculated from your equity, not just your account balance. Understanding the difference is essential to staying within the rules throughout your program.
What is Equity?
Equity is the real-time value of your trading account. It includes your balance plus any unrealized profits or losses from open positions.
Equity = Balance + Floating Profits - Floating Losses
For example, if your balance is $1,200 with one open trade at +$15 and another at -$10, your equity is $1,205.
How the Daily Drawdown Limit Works
The daily drawdown limit is 3% for Nitro, 4% for One-Step and 5% for Two-Step. It is calculated from your equity at midnight UTC, when the trading day begins. If your equity falls below the applicable threshold at any point during the day, including because of floating losses on open positions, the program is considered failed.
For example, with equity of $10,000 at midnight UTC:
Nitro has a $300 daily limit and a breach level of $9,700.
One-Step has a $400 daily limit and a breach level of $9,600.
Two-Step has a $500 daily limit and a breach level of $9,500.
Instant Funding does not have a separate daily drawdown limit; it uses Smart Drawdown instead.
The daily drawdown resets every day at midnight UTC based on your equity at that time.
For a full overview of all rules, visit the Challenge Rules page. To compare limits across programs, see challenge pricing.
Open as a page: What is Daily Drawdown and how is it calculated?
What is the Maximum Drawdown at Mubite?
The Maximum Drawdown is the total cumulative loss allowed on your account, calculated strictly from your initial starting balance.
It is completely fixed: Unlike trailing drawdown, Mubite’s maximum drawdown does not move up as you make profits. It is locked in on Day 1 and remains at that exact dollar floor throughout your entire challenge.
It tracks equity and balance: Both realized losses (closed trades) and unrealized losses (open floating positions) count toward this limit.
The maximum drawdown limit depends on the type of challenge you choose:
2-Step Challenge: 8% Maximum Drawdown (can be raised to 10% by purchasing an add-on).
1-Step Challenge Pro: 6% Maximum Drawdown
1-Step Challenge Pro: 4% Maximum Drawdown
Nitro Challenge: 5% Maximum Drawdown.
Instant Funding: uses Smart Drawdown that starts at 10%. You can read more about Smart Drawdown here:
https://mubite.com/en/frequently-asked-questions/smart-drawdown-rules-instant-funding
Example
On a $100,000 account with an 8% ($8,000) maximum drawdown limit:
Your breach level is fixed at $92,000 ($100,000 − $8,000) from the very start.
If your account balance grows to $106,000, your drawdown floor does not move—it stays locked at $92,000.
If your account balance or floating equity falls below $92,000 at any point, the challenge is breached.
Because the drawdown is static, every dollar of profit you earn increases your safety cushion and gives you more breathing room to trade.
Smart Drawdown Rules Instant Funding
The Instant Funding plan uses a smart drawdown system rather than a fixed drawdown limit. This means your maximum drawdown adjusts based on your performance, rewarding profitability while keeping risk under control.
How It Works
Starting limit: your initial maximum drawdown is set at -10% of your account balance.
Trigger point: once your Equity (balance + open profits and losses) reaches 5% profit or higher for the first time, the drawdown locks in at a new level equal to 5% below your Equity at that moment.
Fixed from there: once locked, the drawdown level does not move again regardless of further profits. It stays fixed at that dollar amount for the life of the account.
Example on a $10,000 Account
Your starting drawdown limit is -$1,000, meaning your account cannot fall below $9,000.
Once your Equity reaches $10,500 (a +5% gain), the drawdown locks at $9,975, which is 5% below $10,500.
From that point on, $9,975 is your permanent floor regardless of how much further you profit.
Scaled Accounts
If your Instant Funding account scales up, the fixed drawdown is recalculated as 5% below the new base balance at the time the scaling is approved. Accumulated profits are excluded from this calculation.
For a full comparison of drawdown rules across all plans, visit the Challenge Rules page.
How is Smart Drawdown recalculated after I receive a payout?
Smart Drawdownis applied exclusively for Instant Funding accounts.
After a payout, your maximum drawdown threshold recalculates based on your remaining account balance relative to your initial account size.
General Rule
Standard Reset: If your remaining balance is at or below +5% of your initial account size:
Your drawdown floor resets to -10% of your initial account size.
The threshold shifts to a tighter -5% drawdown once your account equity reaches +5% above your initial account size.
Once triggered at that +5% equity milestone, your drawdown floor permanently locks at -5% below that peak equity level.
High-Balance Exception: If your post-payout balance remains above +5% of your initial account size, the system skips the -10% reset and immediately locks your drawdown floor at -5% of your remaining balance.
Open as a page: How is Smart Drawdown recalculated after I receive a payout?
What is the maximum position size rule?
To ensure proper risk management, Mubite applies total position size limits based on your account type.
Where Does This Rule Apply?
Position size limits apply strictly to:
Funded Stage accounts (One-Step, Two-Step, and Nitro).
Instant Funding accounts.
(Evaluation phases are exempt from this limit.)
Position Size Limits
One-Step, Two-Step & Nitro (Funded Stage): Maximum position size per one position is 2× your starting account balance.
Instant Funding Accounts: Maximum cumulative position size per one position is 1× your starting account balance.
Soft Breach & Warning Policy
If you exceed the allowed limit, Mubite provides a one-time grace window before breaching the account:
5-Minute Grace Period: You will receive an immediate warning email. You have 5 minutes to adjust or close open positions so that your total exposure falls back within the limit. If corrected within this window, you may continue trading normally.
One-Time Only: This soft breach exception is granted only once per challenge.
Account Breach: If positions are not adjusted within the 5 minutes, or if you exceed the limit a second time, the account is permanently breached.
How many trading positions can I have at one time?
You can open as many positions as you want — but your total exposure must stay within the allowed limits. In Instant Funding, your combined open trades can’t exceed 2x your account balance. In the Two-Step Challenge, the limit is 3x.Exceeding these caps means you’re overexposed and off-plan.These limits exist for one reason: proper risk management.Risking more than you can afford isn’t trading — it’s gambling. And it’s banned at Mubite.
Open as a page: How many trading positions can I have at one time?
What is Cumulative position size?
Cumulative Position Size or cumulative exposure size, refers to the total notional value (contract value) of all your open positions combined, regardless of whether they are in BTC, ETH, altcoins, or stablecoins.
Our cumulative exposure limits are tailored to the challenge type to promote sound risk management:
For Instant Funding accounts: You can have a maximum cumulative open position value of 2× your account balance.
For One-Step, Two-Step and Nitro challenges: You can have a maximum cumulative open position value of 3× your account balance.
Example (One-Step/Two-Step/Nitro):
Account balance: $10,000
You may open:
1 BTCUSD long for $15,000
1 ETHUSD long for $10,000
1 SOLUSD short for $5,000
✅ Total: $30,000 (3× balance) = Allowed
Example (Instant Funding):
Account balance: $10,000
You may open:
1 BTCUSD long for $10,000
1 ETHUSD long for $10,000
✅ Total: $20,000 (2× balance) = Allowed
But if your positions total more than the allowed limit for your challenge type, it violates our exposure rules and may trigger a breach or warning.
Why is this so important in crypto specifically?
Because crypto trading is not like forex or traditional commodities: Without cumulative exposure controls, a trader can unintentionally take on massive, compounding risk just by opening multiple trades — even if each trade looks "safe" on its own.
Does this limit stop me from diversifying?
No — it encourages meaningful diversification, not just surface-level. Opening BTC long, ETH long, and SOL long is not true diversification. These coins often move together, so if you stack them all at high exposure, you're not hedging — you're doubling down.
Why does Mubite care so much about this?
Because we're not here to churn accounts or hope traders get lucky.
We're here to:
Fund serious crypto traders
Provide real capital
Create a platform for long-term success, not just 1-hit winners
This rule protects both you and Mubite. We are proud to offer a system where you know the rules, you see them clearly, and you are never penalized by surprise.
What happens if I exceed the cumulative limit?
Soft Breach & Warning Policy
If you exceed the allowed limit, Mubite provides a one-time grace window before breaching the account:
5-Minute Grace Period: You will receive an immediate warning email. You have 5 minutes to adjust or close open positions so that your total exposure falls back within the limit. If corrected within this window, you may continue trading normally.
One-Time Only: This soft breach exception is granted only once per challenge.
Account Breach: If positions are not adjusted within the 5 minutes, or if you exceed the limit a second time, the account is permanently breached.
Why does this make Mubite different?
Most firms focus on marketing, "unlimited freedom," and payout flashiness — but hide their real rules until you fail. At Mubite:
Our risk rules are disclosed clearly
We enforce them consistently
And we build systems around protecting both trader and firm
This isn't a restriction — it's a framework for sustainable success in the most volatile market on Earth.
Final Words:
You don't need 10x exposure to win in crypto. You need disciplined exposure with 10x discipline.
At Mubite, we give you the space to prove that — safely, transparently, and fairly. This violation will result in warning email, if the position/s is/are not closed in a manner that doesn't exceed the threshold within 5 minutes the account will be marked as breached. If trader adjusts their positions within those 5 minutes he can continue trading the challenge. This soft breach is granted only once per challenge, meaning violation of the maximum or cummulative position again (more than once) will result in challenge failure.
What is the Soft Breach Rule?
The Soft Breach Rule is a one-time safeguard built into the Mubite challenge. It gives traders a chance to correct a position size violation before it results in a failed account.
How It Works
If you exceed the 2x position limit or cumulative exposure limit, Mubite will send you a warning email and give you a 5-minute window to bring your positions back within the allowed range. If you act within that window, you can continue trading without any further penalty.
If the breach happens a second time, the challenge is considered failed with no second warning.
Why This Rule Exists
Position size discipline is one of the most important habits a funded trader can develop. The Soft Breach Rule reflects Mubite's approach to risk management: clear boundaries, with a fair chance to course-correct.
For a full overview of position size and exposure limits, visit the Challenge Rules page.
What is the 3% Risk Per Trade Rule?
The 3% rule is enforced on two levels simultaneously:
Per Partial Close — Each individual partial close cannot realize a loss exceeding 3% of your equity at the moment the trade was opened.
Cumulative — The trade's total net realized loss across all partial closes cannot exceed 3% of that same opening equity at any point. Winning partial closes offset losing ones — what matters is the deepest point your trade's combined realized result reaches, not the raw sum of losses.
Both conditions must be met. You cannot bypass the rule by splitting a large loss into smaller pieces, and a single reckless partial that exceeds the limit is a violation on its own. Only realized losses count — floating drawdown on an open position is not evaluated until it's closed.
Example on a $10,000 account ($300 cap):
Partial SL 1: −$80 ✅ (ok individually)
Partial SL 2: −$120 ✅ (ok individually)
Partial SL 3: −$150 ✅ (ok individually)
Combined: −$350 ❌ — violates the cumulative 3% rule
Because winning partials offset losing ones, a trade that takes losses but recovers can still pass:
Partial SL 1: −$200 ✅
Partial TP 2: +$150
Partial SL 3: −$180 ✅
Net result: −$230 ✅ — the deepest net point never exceeded the $300 cap
⏰ Enforcement Window — 23:59 GMT+1 (Daily Evaluation)
Each day at 23:59 GMT+1, all trades closed during the previous calendar day (D-1) are evaluated for compliance with the 3% partial close rule. This means the enforcement window between a trade closing and its evaluation is between 24 and 48 hours, depending on when during the day the trade closed. Breach notifications are issued immediately following this check.
Example: Trades closed on December 11th are evaluated at 23:59 GMT+1 on December 12th. A trade closing at 00:01 on the 11th has a ~48 hour window, while a trade closing at 23:58 on the 11th has a ~24 hour window — both are caught in the same evaluation.
Why does Mubite use this model?
📊 Complete Data Integrity — Evaluating D-1 ensures every trade from that day has fully settled before assessment. No mid-day positions, no pending closes, no partial data — the system evaluates a clean, complete picture.
⚖️ Fairness to the Trader — A trader shouldn't be penalized based on an incomplete trading day. By waiting until the full day is closed, the cumulative calculation is always accurate and final — no premature breach calls on positions still being managed.
🌍 Eliminates Time Zone Ambiguity — Real-time enforcement creates disputes around exactly when a trade "counted." D-1 evaluation removes that entirely — the calendar day is the boundary, full stop.
🔁 Consistent and Predictable — Traders know exactly when they will be evaluated. There is no ambiguity — if you traded on Tuesday, you will be assessed at 23:59 on Wednesday. This builds trust in the system.
🏦 Industry Standard Alignment — Most professional risk management systems operate on end-of-day settlement logic for exactly these reasons — it mirrors how traditional prop firms and institutional desks assess daily risk.
The core principle is simple: we evaluate you on a complete day's activity, not a snapshot — because that's the fairest way to do it.
Q: Does the 3% cap scale with my account balance?
Yes — the cap is set per trade, based on your account equity at the moment that trade opens, not the initial funded amount. As your account grows or shrinks, each new trade's cap scales with it:
📈 Equity at $15,000 when you open a trade: that trade's cap is $450 (3% of $15,000)
📉 Equity at $8,000 when you open a trade: that trade's cap is $240 (3% of $8,000)
Note that the cap is locked in when the trade opens — it does not move while the trade is running. This keeps risk management proportional to your actual capital, with a fixed, unambiguous limit for every trade.
Required trading days
Trading days are not required under any Mubite plan.
1. Qualifying Close Order Rule: A trading day counts when you close at least one qualifying order that day. A close order (stop loss, take profit, partial or full close) qualifies when its notional value (closed size × exit price) is at least 5% of the challenge's starting balance and its net profit or loss is at least 1% of the position margin (notional / leverage).
Minimum Trading Days by Plan:
Instant Funding
No minimum trading days required. You can start trading and earning immediately with no evaluation period.
One Step Plan
No minimum trading days required.
Two Step Plan
No minimum trading days required.
Example – How Trading Days Are Counted: Suppose a trader has a $10,000 challenge. The notional threshold is $500 (5% of $10,000). A close order for 0.02 BTC at $30,000 has a notional value of $600, which passes. At 10x leverage its position margin is $60, so the order qualifies when its net profit or loss is at least $0.60. For instance:
Day 1: Closed one position with $600 notional and a $5 profit → ✅ Counts
Day 2: Closed 40 small scalps of $100 notional each → ❌ Does not count (no single order meets the thresholds, regardless of the combined P/L)
Day 3: Closed one position with $800 notional and a $2 loss at 10x leverage → ✅ Counts
What is a "Profitable Day" and how is it calculated?
A Profitable Day is defined as any single trading day where your net closed profit reaches at least 0.5% of your initial account size.
To count toward your evaluation target or payout eligibility, the day must meet the following criteria:
Time Window: Measured strictly in UTC time, starting at 00:00:00 UTC and ending at 23:59:59 UTC.
Closed Trades Only: Only realized, closed profit counts. Floating (unrealized) profit does not qualify; positions must be closed before 23:59:59 UTC to register for that day.
Non-Consecutive: Profitable days do not need to occur in a row. They can be accumulated at any point across your trading cycle.
Calculation Base: The 0.5% threshold is always calculated against your initial starting balance, not your current equity.
Profitable days required:
Nitro challenge: requires 0 profitable days in evaluation phase and 5 profitable days in Funded stage before each payout.
One-Step Pro challenge: requires 0 profitable days in evaluation phase and 3 profitable days in Funded stage before each payout.
One-Step Lite challenge: requires 0 profitable days in evaluation phase and 5 profitable days in Funded stage before each payout.
Two-Step Pro challenge: requires 3 profitable days in phase 1 and 2 profitable days in phase 2. There is 0 profitable days required in Funded stage.
Instant Funding Lite challenge: requires 7 profitable days before each payout.
Instant Funding Pro challenge: requires 5 profitable days before each payout.
Example on a $100,000 Account:
Closing the UTC day at +$500.00 or higher qualifies as 1 Profitable Day.
Closing the UTC day at +$499.00 does not qualify (even though the day is profitable, it is below the 0.5% threshold).
Finishing the day with +$800 in open equity and no closed trades does not qualify until those positions are closed.
Where does this rule apply?
Evaluation Phase: Demonstrates consistency rather than relying on one or two lucky trades to pass the challenge.
Funded Accounts / Payout Cycles: You must log the required minimum number of profitable days within your payout cycle before submitting a withdrawal request. Check your selected specific program tier for exact requirement. https://mubite.com/en/challenge-prices

Will I receive automatic notification if I violate any of the rules?
Yes. If a rule violation is detected, your account is automatically set to FAILED status and you will receive an informational email notifying you of the breach.
Think it was an error?
If you believe the violation was flagged incorrectly, you can raise a dispute directly with the Mubite team via live chat, Discord, or email. Visit the contacts page to get in touch.
To avoid violations in the first place, make sure you are familiar with all trading conditions before you begin. A full breakdown is available on the Challenge Rules page.
Open as a page: Will I receive automatic notification if I violate any of the rules?
If I violate the rules, will I have another opportunity?
In the event that any of the Trading Objectives are violated, the specific account in question will be automatically rendered invalid. This account will subsequently lose its eligibility to continue progressing within the Evaluation Process.
Consequently, further participation under the same challenge will not be permitted. Please be mindful of all guidelines to ensure uninterrupted progress through the evaluation stages.

What are the additional risk management conditions in Mubite?
In addition to the standard drawdown limits and position size rules, Mubite enforces a set of additional risk management conditions that apply to all accounts. These rules exist to maintain a fair trading environment and protect the integrity of the evaluation process.
Prohibited Practices
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:
Latency arbitrage or high-frequency trading exploitation
Cross-account hedging between multiple accounts
Group trading or account mirroring
Over-leveraging beyond defined position limits
Tick scalping with manipulative intent
Copying or mirroring trades between accounts unless approved under an official scaling plan
These restrictions apply during both the evaluation and funded stages.
Why These Rules Exist
Each of these practices either exploits platform mechanics, distorts performance data, or introduces risk that undermines the purpose of the evaluation. Mubite is designed to identify genuine trading skill, and these rules ensure that results reflect real decision-making under market conditions.
For the full overview of all trading conditions, visit the Challenge Rules page.
Open as a page: What are the additional risk management conditions in Mubite?
What is the Mirroring Detection Rule?
To maintain a fair trading environment, Mubite has implemented an automated system that detects and prevents coordinated account mirroring across multiple accounts.
How Detection Works
Trades are monitored throughout the duration of your challenge. Flags are triggered when similar activity is identified across multiple accounts based on a combination of primary indicators and supporting factors. Not all criteria need to be met simultaneously for a flag to be raised.
Primary indicators, both of which are required for flagging:
Same symbol and side: identical trading pairs such as BTCUSDT opened in the same direction, long or short
Timing: trades executed within 120 seconds of each other
Supporting factors that contribute to flagging:
Price proximity: entry prices within a 10% deviation of each other
Position sizing: leverage and size ratios within 25% of each other
What Happens When Flagged
Flags are accumulated automatically throughout your challenge. Mirroring violations are formally reviewed by the Mubite compliance team at the point of challenge review, typically when advancing to the funded stage. If a systematic pattern is confirmed, flagged trades may result in account failure.
This rule exists alongside the broader prohibition on cross-account hedging and group trading outlined in the additional risk management conditions.
Prohibited actions on a Bybit Challenge
To maintain the integrity of the evaluation, certain actions are strictly prohibited on all Bybit-based Mubite challenges. Any of the following will result in immediate account failure:
Requesting additional demo capital
Manually modifying your USDT balance
Deleting or changing the API key
Trading spot markets during a futures challenge
Trading the EUR/USD pair
Trading options or USDC-based pairs
Mixing spot and margin trading on the same account
These restrictions exist to ensure that all trading activity reflects genuine market performance under consistent conditions. Accounts found in violation will be disqualified without exception.
For a full overview of all trading conditions and risk rules, visit the Challenge Rules page. If you are unsure whether a specific action is permitted, contact the Mubite support team before proceeding.
Can I use trading bots?
Yes, you are allowed to use bots you develop or build yourself.
However, third-party bots or publicly available bots are not allowed. You will need to provide sufficient evidence during challenge review or payout that the bot has been developed by you and is based on your strategies.
Why not?
Our goal is to identify skilled crypto traders who can demonstrate their own strategy and expertise to qualify for real funding. Using public or third-party bots does not reflect a trader's actual ability — it only copies someone else's logic.
Can I connect trading bots or third-party software?
Currently, Cleo is designed primarily for manual and semi-assisted trading.
External trading bots or third-party automation tools are not supported at this time.
However, traders can use Cleo’s built-in features such as preset stop-loss, take-profit, and automatic position sizing to simplify execution.
Open as a page: Can I connect trading bots or third-party software?
Is copy trading allowed?
No. Copy trading is not permitted at Mubite, either during the evaluation or on a funded account.
This includes copying trades from other accounts, external platforms, signal services, or any third-party source that replicates positions without your own independent decision-making.
Why is copy trading prohibited?
Mubite's evaluation process is designed to identify traders with genuine skill and a consistent personal strategy. Copy trading bypasses that entirely. It does not reflect your own analysis, risk management, or judgment, and it creates artificial performance patterns that do not represent your true trading ability.
Funded accounts are allocated based on the assumption that you are the one making the trading decisions. Using copy trading on a funded account is a violation of the Mubite Trader Agreement.
If you are looking for automated trading options, see our FAQ on trading bots for what is and is not permitted. For a full list of prohibited actions, visit the Challenge Rules page.
Do I need to close my positions overnight?
No. Mubite does not require you to close your positions at the end of the trading day. You are free to hold trades overnight, through the weekend, and for as long as your strategy demands.
This applies across all challenge types: Instant Funding, One-Step, and Two-Step. There are no forced closure rules based on time of day or day of the week.
What to Keep in Mind
While there is no overnight closure requirement, your daily drawdown limit still applies at midnight UTC when the new trading day begins. Any floating losses on open positions are included in your equity calculation at that moment, so it is important to manage your risk accordingly.
For all other trading conditions and restrictions, visit the Challenge Rules page.
Is crypto news trading allowed?
Yes. Mubite fully permits trading during crypto news events. There are no restrictions on opening or holding positions around major announcements, macroeconomic releases, or market-moving events.
Why This Matters
Many prop firms restrict or prohibit news trading due to the volatility and slippage it can create. Mubite takes a different approach. We recognise that news events are a legitimate part of crypto market activity and that some traders build their entire strategy around them. Blocking that would limit the kind of traders we can support.
What to Keep in Mind
While news trading is permitted, all standard risk management rules still apply during these periods. Your daily drawdown limit and maximum drawdown remain active regardless of market conditions. High volatility during news events can move positions quickly, so it is important to size your trades appropriately and stay within your risk parameters.
For a full overview of what is and is not permitted, visit the Challenge Rules page. To explore other trading style questions, see our FAQ on copy trading and trading bots.
Is stop loss required?
No, stop loss is not required — but it is highly recommended.
Using stop loss demonstrates disciplined trading and sound risk management. In the funded phase, consistently trading without stop losses may be considered poor risk management.
Important: Traders who do not practice proper risk management may not be recommended to the Elite Program, run by QuantCoinX, which offers monthly base pay and premium benefits.
Are there any consistency rules?
Mubite does not enforce any consistency rules during Challenge evaluation phase.
Profitable Days and Funded Score are consistency metrics that apply strictly in the funded stage prior to requesting each payout. They do not apply during challenge or evaluation phases.
Definitions
Profitable Day:
A single calendar day (00:00–23:59 UTC) in which your net closed simulated profit reaches at least 0.5% of your starting account size. Profitable days do not need to be consecutive.
Required profitable days before each payout:
One-Step Pro: 3
One-Step Lite: 5
Two-Step: 0
Instant Pro: 0
Instant Lite: 7
Two-Step: 5
Funded Score:
A metric that measures how much of your overall profit came from a single trading day to ensure trading consistency:
Funded Score = Best Single Day's Profit \ Total Profit from Profitable Days in Cycle x 100
In plain words: Divide your single best day’s profit by the total profit generated across all profitable days in that cycle, then multiply by 100.
Required funded score before each payout:
One-Step Pro: Below 30%
One-Step Lite: Below 20%
Two-Step: Below 40%
Instant Pro: Below 25%
Instant Lite: Below 15%
Two-Step: Below 20%
Account impact: Staying above the threshold never breaches or closes your account. It simply defers your payout eligibility until you trade additional profitable days to dilute your best day's proportion below the required limit.
Patterns that are outside of trader's normal behaviour are considered under the Terms and Conditions (Section 13.). You have full flexibility in how you structure your trading activity.
What is the Consistency Rule and why is it important?
The Consistency Score is informational only and has no impact on your challenge outcome. Your only obligations are to meet the defined Trading Objectives. That said, maintaining a score of 60% or above is strongly recommended as a benchmark for sustainable trading.
Trading is a journey of highs and lows. Every strategy goes through periods of strong performance and periods of drawdown — that's simply the nature of the markets. What separates profitable traders over the long run isn't the size of any single win, but the ability to perform consistently through both good times and bad.
Why Consistency Matters
To understand why, consider two traders with very different approaches:
Strategy A Strategy B Trades 5 100 Total Profit $50,000 (50%) $30,000 (30%) Max Drawdown $50,000 (50%) $10,000 (10%)
Strategy A produces larger profits per trade, but its drawdown is five times greater. Strategy B generates steadier, more predictable returns — and that predictability is what makes it sustainable over time. Chasing quick, outsized gains amplifies risk and is rarely a viable long-term approach.
The Consistency Score
Your Consistency Score is available in real-time on your Mubite dashboard. It measures how evenly your profits are distributed across your trading days — the higher the score, the more consistent your performance.
Formula:
(1 − Biggest Day ÷ Sum of All Days) × 100
Example:
Day P&L Day 1 +$100 Day 2 −$500 Day 3 +$800
Biggest day: $800
Sum of all days (absolute): $100 + $500 + $800 = $1,400
Score: (1 − 800 ÷ 1,400) × 100 = 43%
How to interpret your score:
Score Meaning 0% All profit concentrated in a single day — strategy is difficult to evaluate 60% Best day accounts for 40% of total — acceptable consistency 80%+ Excellent consistency — strong indicator of long-term viability
Note: The Consistency Score is informational only and has no impact on your challenge outcome. Your only obligations are to meet the defined Trading Objectives. That said, maintaining a score of 60% or above is strongly recommended as a benchmark for sustainable trading.
The Real-World Value of Consistency
Consistent trading isn't about limiting your upside — it's about protecting your downside and building a track record that holds up over time. A disciplined, consistent approach:
Protects your account during inevitable losing streaks
Prevents revenge trading — the destructive habit of oversizing after losses
Unlocks Mubite's Scaling Plan, enabling you to grow your account over time
Qualifies you for up to 90% profit share
A real example from our platform: One trader reached an 80.61% Consistency Score after nearly breaching their Maximum Loss limit. Rather than panic and oversize, they maintained disciplined position sizing — and ultimately closed with $17,000 in profit. Had they increased size after their losses, they would have blown the account entirely.
Key Takeaways
The Consistency Score tracks performance — it does not restrict it
Exceptional individual trades are still possible without damaging long-term consistency
Interfering with a working strategy is one of the most common causes of unnecessary losses
Consistency is what separates traders who follow a plan from those who rely on luck
Open as a page: What is the Consistency Rule and why is it important?
Do you have an inactivity rule?
Yes, if you do not engage in any trading activity for 30 days, your account will be deactivated. After 14 days of inactivity, you will receive a notification email to encourage re-engagement in trading.

How do One-Step and Two-Step payouts work?
1. Pre-Submission Checklist
Before requesting any withdrawal:
Close all trades: No open positions or pending orders may remain on the account.
Complete KYC: Identity verification must be fully approved.
Minimum withdrawal: The withdrawal request must be at least $50.
2. Timing & Payout Cycles
First Payout: On-demand with no waiting period. Once you have passed the challenge phase and have profit available on your simulated funded account, you can request your first withdrawal immediately (provided consistency criteria are met).
Subsequent Payouts: A mandatory 14-day cooldown applies between withdrawals, counted from the date your previous payout was completed.
Payout Cycle Definition: A cycle begins the moment the account becomes a simulated funded account, and starts again immediately upon each completed payout or account reset.
3. Consistency Rules (Per Cycle)
Profitable Days: Defined as a calendar day (00:00–23:59 UTC) where net closed simulated profit reaches at least 0.5% of the starting account size. These days do not need to be consecutive.
One-Step Pro: Requires at least 3 profitable days per cycle.
One-Step Lite: Requires at least 5 profitable days per cycle.
Two-Step Pro: Not required (0 days).
Funded Score: Measures consistency to prevent single-day reliance:
Funded Score = Best Single Day's Profit \ Total Profit from Profitable Days in Cycle x 100
In plain words: Divide your best day's profit by the total profit made across all profitable days in the cycle, then multiply by 100.
One-Step Pro: Must be strictly below 30%.
One-Step Lite: Must be strictly below 20%.
Two-Step Pro: Must be strictly below 40%.
Note: Exceeding the threshold never breaches or closes your account; it simply defers payout eligibility until you log more profitable days to dilute the ratio.
4. Profit Split & Tiered Withdrawal Caps
Profit Split: 80% standard, or 90% if you purchased the Increased Profit Split add-on at checkout.
Per-Request Caps: Each withdrawal is capped at a percentage of your initial starting account size, scaling up with every completed request:
1st Payout: 2.5%
2nd Payout: 3.0%
3rd Payout: 3.5%
4th Payout: 4.0%
5th Payout: 4.5%
6th Payout: 5.0%
7th Payout Onward: No Limit (Uncapped)
5. Profit Carry-Over
Profit Carry-Over: Any profit exceeding your per-request withdrawal cap is never forfeited. It remains in your account, carries over into your next payout cycle, and can be withdrawn in future requests once that cycle's consistency rules and cooldown period are met.
Can I withdraw profits daily?
While we don’t offer automatic daily withdrawals, Mubite gives you something even more flexible — on-demand payouts.

How do Instant Funding payouts work?
1. Pre-Submission Checklist
Before requesting any withdrawal:
Close all trades: No open positions or pending orders may remain on the account.
Complete KYC: Identity verification must be fully approved.
2. Timing & Payout Cycles
First Payout: You become eligible once at least 14 days have passed since your first executed trade and you have achieved at least a 5% net simulated profit above your starting balance.
Subsequent Payouts: A mandatory 14-day cooldown begins once your previous withdrawal is completed. You can request your next payout once this 14-day period has elapsed and you achieve an additional 5% gain (calculated from equity) on top of your new baseline balance.
Payout Cycle Definition: A cycle begins the moment your account becomes simulated funded and resets immediately upon each completed payout or account reset.
3. Consistency Rules (Per Cycle)
Profitable Days: Defined as a calendar day (00:00–23:59 UTC) where net closed simulated profit is at least 0.5% of the starting account balance. These days do not need to be consecutive.
Instant Lite: Requires at least 7 profitable days per cycle.
Instant Pro: No profitable days required.
Funded Score: Measures consistency to prevent single-day reliance:
Funded Score = Best Single Day's Profit \ Total Profit from Profitable Days in Cycle x 100
In plain words: Divide your best day's profit by the total profit made across all profitable days in the cycle, then multiply by 100.Instant Lite: Must be strictly below 15%.
Instant Pro: Must be strictly below 25%.
Note: Exceeding the threshold never breaches or closes your account; it simply defers payout eligibility until you log more profitable days to dilute the ratio.
4. Profit Split & Tiered Withdrawal Caps
Profit Split: 70% standard, or 80% if you purchased the Increased Profit Split add-on at checkout.
Per-Request Caps: Each withdrawal is capped at a percentage of your initial starting balance, scaling up with every completed request:
1st Payout: 2.5%
2nd Payout: 3.0%
3rd Payout: 3.5%
4th Payout: 4.0%
5th Payout: 4.5%
6th Payout: 5.0%
7th Payout Onward: No Limit (Uncapped)
5. Profit Carry-Over & Smart Drawdown Recalculation
Profit Carry-Over: Any profit exceeding the withdrawal cap is never forfeited. It remains in your account, rolls over into your new baseline balance, and can be withdrawn in future requests (even if your account is currently in drawdown relative to its peak), as long as Funded Score rules are met.
Smart Drawdown Recalculation: After a withdrawal, Smart Drawdown recalculates to 5% below your new post-payout balance.
Example ($5,000 starting account at the 5% cap tier):
You earn $2,000 profit (account balance reaches $7,000).
You withdraw the 5% maximum cap: $250 ($5,000 × 5%).
The remaining $1,750 stays in your account, establishing a new baseline balance of $6,750.
Smart Drawdown recalculates to 5% below $6,750, locking your new maximum loss floor at $6,412.50.
To unlock your next payout, you must generate a 5% gain ($337.50) above your $6,750 baseline.
How do Nitro challenge payouts work?
Your first payout can be requested if At least 14 days have passed since your first trade.
After your first payout, withdrawals follow a 14-day cooldown, counted from the date your previous payout was completed.
Profit split: You receive 80% of your profits.
Per-request cap: Each individual payout request is capped and the cap grows gradually.
First payout cap is 2.5%.
Second payout cap is 3%.
Third payout cap is 3.5%.
Fourth payout cap is 4%.
Fifth payout cap is 4.5%.
Sixth payout cap is 5%.
From seventh payout there is No cap.
Remaining profit carries over to your next payout cycle.
Minimum payout: $50.
Before requesting: All open positions must be closed and KYC verification must be completed.
How much is the profit split?
Your profit split at Mubite depends on the challenge plan you choose. Here is a breakdown:
Instant Funding: 70% to 80% profit split.
Nitro Challenge: 80% profit split.
One-Step Challenge: 80% to 90% profit split.
Two-Step Challenge: 80% to 90% profit split.
Nitro: 80% profit split.
These are among the highest profit splits available at any crypto prop firm. You keep the majority of every dollar you earn, with Mubite supplying the capital and absorbing the risk.
Consistent performers can also grow their capital over time through the Mubite account scaling program, with allocations reaching up to $1,000,000.
For a full breakdown of all plan conditions, visit the Challenge Rules page or compare plans on the pricing page.
Are there any payout fees or limits?
Fees: There are no fees on payouts. The only fee you pay is the fee when you purchase your challenge. There are no recurring, monthly, or annual charges. Once the profit split is applied, the remaining amount is entirely yours.
Limits: There is no cap on how much you can earn over time — payouts are unlimited in total.
First individual payout request from each account is capped at 2.5%.
This payout cap grows with each subsequent payout to 3%, 3.5%, 4%, 4.5%, 5%. After the 5% payout the subsequent payouts have no payout limit.
Promotional/giveaway challenges: If your account was received through a promotion or giveaway, the maximum cumulative payout is capped at 5% of the account size, as outlined in Section 18.6 of our Terms & Conditions.
What is the Mubite Funded Score?
The Mubite Funded Score (FS) is a profit consistency rule that applies exclusively at the funded stage. It ensures that no single trading day (UTC server time day) accounts for a disproportionate share of your total profits. The goal is straightforward: real capital requires stable, measured performance over time, not one lucky day.
No single day's profit can equal or exceed % of your total funded profits.
Thresholds by Plan
One-Step Pro Challenge: Must be strictly below 30%.
One-Step Lite Challenge: Must be strictly below 20%.
Two-Step Pro Challenge: Must be strictly below 40%.
Nitro Challenge: Must be strictly below 20%.
Instant Funding Lite: Must be strictly below 15%.
Instant Funding Pro: Must be strictly below 25%.
How It Works in Practice
If a single trading day (UTC server time) pushes past the applicable threshold, nothing breaks. Your funded account stays active. You simply continue trading until that day's share of total profits falls back below the limit. Once your profit distribution is balanced again, withdrawals resume as normal.
Example: One-Step (30% threshold)
Total profits: $10,000. Best day: $5,000. That is 50%, which exceeds the 30% limit. You keep trading. After earning another $6,667, total profits reach $16,667. The $5,000 day now represents approximately 30% of total profits and withdrawals re-open.
Example: Two-Step (40% threshold)
Total profits: $10,000. Best day: $5,000. That is 50%, which exceeds the 40% limit. After earning another $2,500, total profits reach $12,500. The $5,000 day now represents 40% and withdrawals re-open.
For a full overview of funded account conditions, visit the Challenge Rules page.
How and when does the Funded Score reset?
The Funded Score applies from the day your account is classified as funded. Each payout closes one FS cycle and opens a new one — so the score always measures profit consistency within the current cycle only, not across your account's entire lifetime. Best day from a previous cycle do not carry into the next, whilst your profit from the 5% does.
Example: One-Step (30% threshold)
Cycle 1 — funded to first payout
You build $20,000 in total profits. Your best day is $5,000, which is 25% of the total — below the 30% limit. You're eligible and you withdraw. This payout ends Cycle 1.
Cycle 2 — first payout to second payout
The counter starts fresh at $0. The $20,000 and the $5,000 best day from Cycle 1 are no longer counted. If your first big day in Cycle 2 is $4,000 while total cycle profits are $8,000, that day is 50% — above the 30% limit, so withdrawals pause until the distribution rebalances, exactly as it would have in Cycle 1. Once you've earned enough that the $4,000 day falls to 30% or below, withdrawals reopen and the cycle continues until your next payout.
In short: every payout resets the clock. A large day that blocked a withdrawal in one cycle is wiped clean once you've paid out — but a large day in the new cycle is measured only against that new cycle's profits.
How do I request a payout and how long does it take?
How to request: Log in to your trader dashboard and submit a payout request. Make sure all open positions are closed before submitting. KYC verification is completed automatically before you are able to request a withdrawal.
Payment methods: We support three withdrawal options:
Crypto — USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20)
Bank transfer — available worldwide with no restrictions
Mubite Points — convert your payout into Mubite Points for use within the platform
Minimum payout amount: $50.
Processing time: Approved payouts are typically completed within 24 to 48 hours after your request is submitted.
Open as a page: How do I request a payout and how long does it take?
Can I trade while my payout is being reviewed?
No. Trading on your account is prohibited once a withdrawal request has been submitted. Any trades placed during the review window will delay the review process, and any profits generated during this period will be deleted from your account balance.
How this works by platform
CLEO
Trading is automatically hard-locked the moment your withdrawal request is submitted. No action required — you simply cannot place trades during the review.
Bybit
Trading is not technically locked on ByBit. However, placing trades during the review period violates our terms. Any profits made will be removed and your review may be delayed or flagged.

Do free challenge accounts have payout limits?
Yes. Challenges received at no cost, whether through a giveaway, promotion, competition, influencer campaign, or as the bonus account in a BOGO (1+1) offer; operate under promotional conditions. The maximum total payout from such an account is 5% of the account size.
The limit
Free $10,000 challenge → maximum total withdrawals: $500
Free $25,000 challenge → maximum total withdrawals: $1,250
Free $50,000 challenge → maximum total withdrawals: $2,500
Free $100,000 challenge → maximum total withdrawals: $5,000
The 5% figure is the total combined amount you can withdraw across the entire lifetime of the account — not a per-payout limit. Once you reach it, the account may be closed or restricted from further withdrawals.
BOGO (1+1) challenges
In a 1+1 offer you receive two accounts: the one you paid for, and a bonus account provided free of charge. They are treated differently.
Paid account: full payout rights. No promotional cap. Standard payout rules apply.
Bonus account: capped at 5% of the account size, as above.
Example: you buy a $50,000 challenge under a 1+1 offer and receive a second $50,000 challenge free. The purchased account has no promotional cap. The bonus account has a lifetime withdrawal limit of $2,500.
Additional conditions on the bonus account:
It is tied to your original order. If that order is refunded, reversed, or charged back, the bonus account is closed and any pending payout on it is cancelled.
Why this rule exists
Promotional accounts are provided free of charge as a way to try the platform and demonstrate your trading. The cap keeps that opportunity open to as many traders as possible while keeping full payouts tied to accounts that were paid for.
Open as a page: Do free challenge accounts have payout limits?
What is the Buy One Get One (BOGO) deal and how does it work?
The BOGO deal is a special offer that gives you a second challenge account completely free when you purchase a qualifying Mubite challenge. It is one of the best ways to double your trading opportunity without doubling your cost.
How It Works
Purchase a BOGO-eligible challenge and you receive a second account of the same type and size at no extra cost. Your free account is delivered when you reach your first profit split on the original purchased challenge.
Eligibility
BOGO is available exclusively on One-Step and Two-Step challenges. Instant Funding accounts are not eligible.
Important: Refund Policy for BOGO Challenges
This is the key difference between a BOGO challenge and a standard challenge. With standard One-Step and Two-Step challenges, the entry fee is refunded with your first payout. With BOGO challenges, no refund applies to either the original purchased account or the free BOGO account. Make sure you are aware of this before purchasing.

Platforms and account setup
Why does Mubite use Cleo and Bybit for its challenges?
Mubite uses two platforms to deliver professional trading conditions across its challenges: Bybit and Cleo. Each serves a distinct purpose.
Bybit
Bybit is Mubite's direct partner and the platform used for live challenge trading. It provides deep liquidity, transparent order execution, and access to 600+ USDT futures pairs with leverage up to 1:100. Trading on Bybit means your positions interact with real market conditions and real order flow. To learn more about the partnership, visit the Why Bybit page.
Cleo
Cleo delivers a simulated trading environment that mirrors live Binance market conditions, including order book depth, spreads, and slippage, using market data sourced directly from Binance. This gives traders a realistic experience that closely reflects how professional crypto traders operate, without trading on the live Binance exchange itself.
Together, Bybit and Cleo ensure that every Mubite challenge is conducted under conditions that are transparent, consistent, and representative of real crypto markets.
Open as a page: Why does Mubite use Cleo and Bybit for its challenges?
What is the Cleo backtesting and trading environment?
Cleo is a professional trading environment built specifically for crypto prop traders. It is one of two platforms available for Mubite challenges, alongside Bybit.
Live Trading on Cleo
Cleo sources Binance market data through its own licensed integration and simulates execution, spreads, and order book depth that mirror live Binance market conditions. Orders are matched within Cleo's simulated venue, giving traders a realistic experience that closely reflects professional crypto trading without executing directly on Binance.
Backtesting Tools
Beyond live trading, Cleo also provides backtesting functionality. Traders can replay historical market conditions, refine their strategies, and stress-test ideas before putting capital at risk. This makes Cleo particularly valuable for traders who want to validate a strategy thoroughly before running it on a live challenge.
Who Should Use Cleo?
Cleo is a strong choice for traders who prefer Binance market conditions or want access to backtesting tools as part of their preparation. Traders who prefer a live exchange environment can opt for Bybit instead. Both platforms are available across all Mubite challenge plans.
To learn more about why Mubite uses both platforms, see the Cleo and Bybit FAQ.

Why should I use Cleo with Mubite?
Cleo is built for performance.
It allows traders to execute quickly and manage risk efficiently. You can set stop-loss and take-profit percentages and Cleo will automatically calculate your position size.
Combined with Mubite’s instant funding model, this creates a trading experience very close to managing real capital from day one.
I am interested in participating in the challenge. Is a Bybit account required?

What coins and altcoins can I trade with Mubite on Bybit?
Mubite supports USDT-denominated trading pairs only. This gives you access to hundreds of cryptocurrency markets across majors, altcoins, DeFi tokens, Layer 1 and Layer 2 projects, and meme coins, all settled in USDT.
USDC pairs, USD pairs, inverse contracts, dated futures, and non-USDT denominated markets are not available.
Along with popular cryptocurrencies and altcoins, Mubite supports trading for tokenized stocks, commodities, and ETFs offered as USDT-denominated perpetual contracts on Bybit.

Can I trade gold?
Yes — you can trade tokenised gold with us. Mubite allows you to trade XAUT/USDT, the tokenised version of physical gold available on Bybit.
What this means:
- XAUT represents real gold backed by physical reserves.
- Its price moves in real time with the global gold market.
- You can long or short it just like any other crypto pair — same rules, same execution speed.
- All profits and losses count toward your challenge results and payouts.
So yes, you can trade gold — directly on Bybit, instantly through Mubite funding.
Can I trade forex?
You cannot trade traditional forex pairs on Mubite.
Instead, you can trade a wide range of alternative markets that replicate global opportunities — all within a single environment.
On the CLEO platform, you get access to:
Tokenized stocks (for example Tesla and other major equities)
Commodities like gold and silver
Crypto markets (560+ pairs all from Binance Liquidity)
These instruments allow you to trade real market movements without needing separate brokers or accounts.
On Bybit, the offering is more limited:
Gold and selected commodities are available
Crypto markets are fully available
Tokenized stocks are not supported
Different platforms. Different instruments. Same goal.
Which assets can I trade on Cleo?
Cleo provides access to 350+ crypto perpetual futures markets with prices reflecting Binance markets via CLEO's data integration. This includes major assets like BTC and ETH as well as a wide range of altcoins and trending tokens. All assets follow the same Mubite challenge rules and simulate real crypto exchange conditions.
What Leverage Can I Use?
Mubite is a high leverage crypto prop firm offering up to 1:100 leverage on all available crypto assets. This applies across all three challenge plans: Instant Funding, One-Step, and Two-Step.
What Does 1:100 Leverage Mean?
With 1:100 leverage, you can control a position worth up to 100 times your margin. On a $10,000 account, that means you can open positions of up to $1,000,000 in notional value. It gives you the flexibility to trade larger positions without committing your full account balance to a single trade.
Is There a Minimum Leverage Requirement?
No. You are free to use any leverage level up to the 1:100 maximum. Many traders choose to use lower leverage as part of their risk management strategy, which is entirely permitted.
Leverage and Drawdown Rules
While high leverage creates larger opportunities, it also amplifies losses. Keep in mind that all Mubite accounts operate under a Daily Drawdown limit and a Maximum Drawdown threshold. Regardless of leverage used, breaching either of these limits will result in account invalidation.
Using leverage responsibly within your overall risk parameters is essential to staying in the evaluation and keeping your funded account.
Can I use leverage during my Mubite Challenge?
Yes. Cleo supports leverage up to 100x across available trading pairs.
The default leverage is 10x, but traders can adjust it depending on their strategy and risk management approach.
Leverage should always be used responsibly as it increases both potential profits and potential losses.
Open as a page: Can I use leverage during my Mubite Challenge?
How do I reconnect my API keys?
Bybit API keys expire after 93 days (approximately 3 months). We'll notify you by email 7 days and 1 day before expiration with a direct link to reset them automatically.
Follow these steps:
1. Open the link provided in the email.
2. Reset your API keys directly on the same account you're already trading.
Important:
- Do not create a new subaccount.
- Doing so will break the connection, cause your challenge to fail, and delay the process — support would then need to manually restore your challenge history.
Keep it simple. Same account. Fresh keys. No interruptions.
What is PnL in Crypto Trading?
PnL stands for Profit and Loss. In crypto trading, it shows whether your open or closed trades are currently making money or losing money.
A positive PnL means the trade or account is in profit. A negative PnL means it is in a loss. PnL can be realized, meaning the trade is already closed, or unrealized, meaning the trade is still open and the result can still change.
For example, if you open a BTC trade and close it with a $100 profit after fees, that is realized PnL. If the same trade is still open and showing +$100, that is unrealized PnL.
At Mubite, PnL helps measure trading performance, but it is not the only thing that matters. Traders also need to follow risk rules, drawdown limits, and position size rules.
What is the difference between realized and unrealized loss?
Realized loss is the trading fee that is deducted immediately when a trade opens.
Unrealized loss reflects temporary price movement and slippage while the position remains open.
Both values are part of realistic trading conditions and help simulate the true performance of trades during the Mubite Challenge.
Open as a page: What is the difference between realized and unrealized loss?
What is slippage and why does it matter?
Slippage is the difference between the expected price of a trade and the actual price at which the order executes.
It occurs when liquidity at a specific price level is not deep enough to fill the full order.
Example:
If you expect to buy at 0.5221 but the average execution price becomes 0.5229, the slippage is 0.0008.
Cleo shows slippage transparently so traders understand how liquidity and order size affect execution.
Why does my slippage vary from trade to trade?
Slippage changes depending on market liquidity and order size.
Large orders or trading low-volume pairs can move the market price and create higher slippage.
This behavior is normal in real crypto markets. Cleo reflects these conditions accurately so traders learn how liquidity impacts execution.
Open as a page: Why does my slippage vary from trade to trade?
What are trading fees on Cleo?
Cleo mirrors Binance trading fees (sourced via CLEO's market-data integration) to ensure realistic execution conditions during the Mubite Challenge. Maker fee: 0.0200% Taker fee: 0.0500% These fees reflect actual exchange conditions including liquidity and slippage so traders experience the same costs they would encounter when managing funded capital.
Why do I sometimes see a small loss immediately after opening a trade?
This is normal and reflects real trading conditions.
Cleo includes trading costs such as fees, spreads, and slippage directly in your PnL from the moment a position opens.
Some exchanges delay these calculations, showing temporary zero values. Cleo shows the true cost immediately so traders understand the real performance of their strategy.
Open as a page: Why do I sometimes see a small loss immediately after opening a trade?
How does Mubite stand out from other prop firms?
Most prop firms were built for forex and added crypto as an afterthought. Mubite was built exclusively for crypto traders from day one. That distinction shapes everything, from the platforms we use to the rules we enforce and the support we provide.
Crypto-Only Focus
Mubite trades exclusively on Bybit and Cleo, two platforms built specifically for crypto markets. You get access to 600+ USDT pairs, leverage up to 1:100, and trading conditions designed around how crypto actually moves. No forex pairs, no commodities, no compromise.
Three Paths to Funding
Most prop firms offer one evaluation model. Mubite offers three: Instant Funding for traders who want to skip the evaluation entirely, a One-Step Challenge for a single-phase evaluation, and a Two-Step Challenge for traders who want structured progression with higher profit splits. You choose the path that fits your strategy.
On-Demand Payouts
Many prop firms lock traders into monthly payout windows. Mubite funded traders on One-Step and Two-Step plans can request withdrawals whenever they want with no waiting periods and no monthly caps.
Transparent Rules, No Hidden Traps
All drawdown limits, position size rules, and consistency requirements are published openly on the Challenge Rules page. Nothing is buried in fine print.
Real Human Support
Mubite's support team is available around the clock via live chat, Discord, and email.
